http://www.voxpolitics.com/weblog/archives/000429.html this rather husky geek just snuck up the center aisle to get a couple of closeups of wes boyd from moveon
as he went down on one knee for the quick snaps
instead of a plumber's crack, you saw that his plaid shirt was tucked into a pair of grey, and somewhat dirty looking underwear
i wasn't fast enough to take a picture before he scurried away

Tibetan Monks at Osmosis

| | Comments (0)
A group of Monks from the Drepung Loseling Monastery of Tibet gave a blessing and lecture in the Osmosis meditation garden this morning. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The lecture was entitled, "Opening the Heart: Arousing the Mind of Universal Kindness." They are in residence at the LBC all week.

Homer Simpson
This birthday present from Holly makes all kinds of good Simpson's sounds, even though the game part of it is kind of hokey. The sounds make it worthwhile, since they are so annoying! --------
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story2&u=/030612/170/4dmvj.html&e=19 From the Segway FAQ:
Who can ride the Segway HT? The Segway HT is designed to be operated by a wide range of people after receiving Segway orientation -- no special skills are required. The rider must be able to step on and off the Segway HT without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without assistance. The rider's weight must be between 100 and 250 pounds and the rider must be able to operate the steering control with his or her left hand. Segway recommends that riders be 16 years or older. It is important to note that the Segway HT has not been designed, tested, or approved as a medical device.
Maybe he skipped orientation?? More images --------
